It was finally published on the channel "MMI International Online Tv" a playlist of metal backing tracks for improvisation, made by Enrico Fadda on guitar, and me (Giovanni Serra) on electric bass. There are 7 backing tracks, one for each mode of the major scale. Mix and master by Robi Cruccu.
About
About Giovanni
Giovanni is an Italian freelance bassist, electric bass teacher qualified at the Modern Music Institute, live and studio performer and digital content creator in the music sector.
His musical career begins in the 90s-2000s playing with some local bands with whom he has the opportunity to perform live and make his first experiences in the recording studio (Silver Blade, Axioma, Isola Song).
Over the years he undertook the study of the instrument in an increasingly serious and constant way, starting collaborations with new bands and musicians and actively participating in projects that embrace different styles and musical genres. This will lead him to play continuously and at a professional level throughout Sardinia and in some areas of Italy (Millennium, Newave).
He has also actively collaborated on a compositional level with various bands, including Terrorway and Acts of Tragedy with whom he record several albums that have received excellent reviews internationally and the participation in various tours and opening
performances together big international names of Metal music (Soulfly, Jinjer, Cannibal Corpse, Marduk, Pain of Salvation, M-Pire of Evil and many more).
From 2019 he continued his studies on the electric bass (harmony and instrument) graduating from the MMI music school (Modern Music Institute directed by Alex Stornello) with the teacher Giorgio Terenziani and subsequently continued his musical studies with the masters Emilio Capalbo (advanced harmony) and Massimo Carloni (rhythmic music theory).
